This is a great go-to that we use for breakie on the go during market season. It’s very important to use Lawry’s seasoned salt, it just tastes better in this recipe!
Ingredients:
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1-2 tbsp Cian’s Medium mustard
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 6 ounces diced cooked ham or sausage (we use maple sausage)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup each of finely chopped onion and bell peppers can be added though we skip this
Instructions:
1. Whisk eggs, milk and salt together. Add cheese and ham/sausage (and onion and peppers), mix well.
2. Pour mixture into a greased 8” square pan
3. Bake at 350℉ for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until eggs are cooked and set
4. Serve immediately; pre portion and store in fridge (up to three days); or wrap in plastic and then foil and freeze
